What I’m looking for

A highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant who can manage day-to-day priorities, keep projects on track, and help streamline workflows. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving environments and finds satisfaction in optimizing processes.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • Solid basic project management experience, with the ability to coordinate tasks and manage timelines
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable and proficient with Excel
  • Proven experience in process improvement - for example, cleaning up, structuring, and optimizing Gmail / inboxes to improve productivity

Nice to Have :

  • A foundational background in digital marketing
  • Experience working in DTC environments
