About the Role :
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant fluent in both Dutch and English to support our team and clients with administrative, communication, and customer service tasks. You will be the go-to person for Dutch-speaking clients while also collaborating with our English-speaking team and partners.

Key Responsibilities :
AreaTasks Administrative Support - Calendar and email management
Requirements :
Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and task managers (e.g., Trello, Asana)
Fast learner, self-starter, and detail-oriented
Stable internet connection and professional remote setup
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in client-facing or customer support roles
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
Background in social media support or online marketing
Knowledge of Dutch culture or customer behavior is a plus
Working Hours :
Flexible, but must be available for scheduled meetings aligned with EU or US time zones
Expected availability : [e.g., 20-40 hours per week, depending on project / client needs]
