Overview : We are seeking a strategic and creative E-Commerce & Marketing Specialist to lead our digital marketing efforts and e-commerce operations.
This role requires a deep understanding of our brand identity—party, special event, and fun wear—and the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that resonate with our audience.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the brand’s identity, with a focus on creative campaigns and a strong presence across TikTok, Meta, Instagram, Pinterest, and other platforms Create and manage engaging content that reflects the brand’s fun and vibrant personality, ensuring consistent messaging across all digital channels Manage social media and community engagement using Klaviyo and platform-native tools to grow and nurture an active, on-brand audience Optimize e-commerce performance by maintaining and updating the Shopify website, managing product listings, improving user experience, and aligning content with marketing campaigns Collaborate with external agencies and partners on creative direction, photography, influencer campaigns, and ad management to ensure alignment with brand voice and goals Support product development efforts , including new product ideas, print selection, supplier coordination, and ensuring strong product-market fit Oversee marketplace channels such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and Shop.com, including product listings, promotions, and sales strategies Manage customer reviews and online reputation , including responses on platforms like Google My Business and other review sites, driving improvements in visibility and customer satisfaction Plan, execute, and monitor advertising campaigns , manage budgets, track ROI, and adjust strategies based on performance data Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Drive sales growth across all e-commerce channels.
Increase customer engagement and community interaction across social media platforms.
Improve conversion rates and return on investment (ROI) from paid advertising campaigns.
Plan and execute seasonal marketing campaigns and successful product launches.
Maintain consistent, on-brand messaging and deliver high-quality creative content.
Contribute to positive customer reviews, increased satisfaction, and enhanced brand reputation.
Ensure timely delivery of new product launches and effective coordination with suppliers.
Skills & Experience Demonstrated experience in e-commerce marketing and management, preferably within the apparel or lifestyle sectors.
Proficient in using platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, and multi-channel retail systems (e.g.
Amazon, eBay, Etsy).
Strong copywriting and content creation abilities, with up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and influencer marketing strategies.
Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and drive performance improvements through insights.
Experience coordinating photoshoots, managing creative assets, and collaborating with external agencies.
Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and with external stakeholders.
Creative mindset with a strong eye for brand consistency and a focus on delivering a cohesive customer experience.
Reporting Line The position reports to the Director and involves close collaboration with external agencies, suppliers, and partners.
