About this Position
As a Master Data Specialist focusing on Packaging, your primary role will be to ensure the accuracy and consistency of our International Packaging Specification (IPAS) data. This position is essential for maintaining high-quality master data that supports our commitment to operational excellence and product compliance. You will foster collaboration across various teams, coordinating efforts to gather critical information from suppliers and internal stakeholders. Your proactive communication skills will be key in resolving data inconsistencies and implementing measures to prevent future occurrences. What you´ll do
- Responsible for generating International Packaging Specification (IPAS) data and executing master data clean up as required by the business
- Responsible for ensuring that IPAS data are free from inconsistencies / errors; Mitigating any findings on a timely basis
- Responsible for various coordination in gathering the information needed for IPAS corrections / adjustments; Include setting up meetings, sending queries / clarifications to relevant parties, and communicating with suppliers via phone call and emails for gathering related IPAS information
- Responsible for setting up measures to avoid recurrence of inconsistent / incorrect data maintenance in the system
- Responsible for providing project progress report to the Project Team on a regular basis
What makes you a good fit
Bachelor's Degree in any fieldAt least one (1) year relevant experience in the Business process outsourcing (BPO), or shared service industryKnowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required; SAP MM (Materials Management) experience is highly preferredExcellent command of both spoken and written English; Must be a team player with good skills in time management, analysis, and great attention to detailsAmenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (1 : 00 PM to 10 : 00 PM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, MakatiFresh Graduates are welcome to apply
