Job Description

As a Customer Service Associate, you will :

Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, or voice (depending on account availability)

Provide accurate information and resolve concerns professionally

Document interactions using internal systems

Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards

Basic Qualifications

Senior High School Graduate (K-12)

High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)

College graduates and undergraduates are welcome

With or without BPO experience

Basic English communication skills

Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Pasig City

Location Highlight – Bridgetowne, Pasig

Highly accessible from Pasig, Quezon City, Cainta, Taytay, Marikina, Mandaluyong, and nearby areas
