At least 1 year of experience as a Barista, Juice Maker, or similar food / beverage role

Previous experience as a Cashier or familiarity with POS systems is a plus

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and guidelines

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Food safety training or certification is an advantage

Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
