We are looking for a strategic and creative Head of Brand who will lead the development, visibility, and long-term equity of our brand. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, organic growth, social media, SEO, PR, and content, ensuring that the brand communicates consistently, reaches the right audiences, and drives meaningful engagement across channels.
You will work cross-functionally with Growth, Creatives, Product, and Founders to position the brand as a market leader and grow our organic presence.
What You'll Do :
Brand Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and own the overall brand vision, positioning, identity, voice, and communication framework .
- Ensure consistent brand experience across all touchpoints—digital, physical, customer-facing, internal comms.
- Lead brand guidelines development and implementation across teams.
Organic Growth & Content Lead
Own the organic traffic strategy by integrating SEO, content, social media, and PR.Develop a long-term content roadmap aligned with brand goals and product priorities.Create frameworks for content quality, publishing cadence, and cross-channel distribution.Social Media Management
Lead end-to-end social media strategy across all platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).Build a strong brand presence through engaging content, community management, and creator / influencer collaborations.Track performance using analytics tools and continuously iterate for growth.SEO & Web Growth
Oversee SEO strategy including keyword research, on‑page optimization, content cluster planning, technical SEO coordination , and backlinking efforts.Collaborate with web developers and content teams to improve website visibility, ranking, and organic acquisition.Monitor KPIs such as impressions, CTR, organic conversions, and domain authority.Public Relations & Communications
Handle brand PR strategy including storytelling, press releases, media outreach, and crisis communication .Build and nurture relationships with journalists, bloggers, media outlets, and industry partners.Position the brand as a thought leader through events, speaking opportunities, and strategic narratives.Cross‑functional Collaboration
Partner with Growth to align brand strategy with paid acquisition and performance marketing.Work with Product to shape brand messaging and feature narratives.Coordinate with People & Culture to ensure employer branding aligns with external brand identity.What We're Looking For :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar.5+ years of experience in brand management, organic growth, content, or related fields.Proven track record in organic traffic growth, SEO‑led content strategies, social media scaling, and PR execution.Experience with traditional advertising and / or podcast production is a strong plus.Strong leadership, creative direction, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.Excellent analytical and storytelling abilities.What We Offer :
