About the Role :

We are looking for a Professional E-Commerce Customer Support Specialist to join our team and provide top-tier assistance to our customers. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in handling customer inquiries, processing returns, managing refunds, and resolving order issues with a polished and professional English accent .

Key Responsibilities :

Provide exceptional customer support via email and phone, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Process returns and refunds efficiently using Refund Sniper.
Manage and resolve customer order issues with professionalism and urgency.
Handle FedEx and other carrier claims , ensuring accurate tracking and resolution.
Utilize Zendesk, BigCommerce, SellerCloud, and ShipStation to manage tickets and order processing.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.

Requirements

Requirements :

Previous experience in e-commerce customer support, preferably in a remote setting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a clear, neutral or polished English accent .

Proficiency in Zendesk, BigCommerce, SellerCloud, ShipStation, and Refund Sniper is a plus.

Ability to problem-solve and handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
