Description
The Allied Healthcare Professional provides specialized healthcare services to support patient diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, and overall well-being. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, this role ensures high-quality patient care, adherence to clinical standards, and effective use of healthcare resources.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Treatment
Deliver specialized services within your scope of practice (e.g., physical therapy sessions, diagnostic imaging, lab testing, respiratory treatments, dietary counseling).
Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and families about care plans, procedures, and lifestyle modifications.
Clinical Support
Perform diagnostic tests, therapies, or interventions as prescribed by physicians or care plans.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in patient records.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
Safety & Compliance
Adhere to infection control, safety guidelines, and healthcare regulations.
Use and maintain medical equipment according to established protocols.
Follow ethical and professional standards set by regulatory bodies.
Communication & Teamwork
Act as a liaison between patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Participate in case discussions, care conferences, and interdisciplinary meetings.
Provide updates and recommendations to improve patient outcomes.
Professional Development

Participate in training, workshops, and continuing education.

Requirements
1-2 years Direct Adult Patient Care Such as but not limited to :

Human Services Or a related Field
