"We are mass hiring Call Center Agents across our Alabang sites! Earn Up to 25K Monthly. Open for applicants with HS / SHS Grad (1 year BPO experience) 2nd year College Undergrad (6 months BPO experience)."
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right telecom products or services.
- Handle customer requests, issues, and complaints quickly and professionally.
- Work with internal teams to make sure services are delivered smoothly and on time.
- Look for opportunities to upsell or cross-sell new telecom solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and help retain key clients.
