Contract and Vendor Manager (IT / Global Contracts)

Manage and optimize vendor agreements supporting the company, ensuring vendors meet contractual commitments aligned with the company strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee vendor contract renewals, extensions, and terminations in coordination with application owners.
• Monitor and optimize vendor costs, identifying opportunities for savings.
• Manage contract terms, pricing, and service-level agreements (SLAs) to align with company goals.
• Ensure contract compliance and conduct regular vendor performance evaluations using KPIs.
• Assess and manage risks tied to vendor relationships; create contingency plans when needed.
