This role :
A senior leadership position responsible for implementing strategic initiatives and driving operational
excellence across multiple fund accounting and client services teams. This role leads service delivery
enhancements, manages resource allocation, and develops talent while overseeing complex, highvolume operations. The position focuses on tactical execution, team performance, and cross-functional
collaboration to achieve departmental objectives.
What you will do :
- Lead multiple teams across fund accounting and client services
- Drive strategic operational improvements and efficiency
- Oversee complex client portfolio management
- Direct resource allocation and capacity planning
- Develop and implement departmental strategies
- Foster innovation and continuous improvement culture
- Establish performance monitoring frameworks
- Manage cross-functional relationships
- Ensure regulatory and risk management compliance
- Monitor overall team performance metrics
- Lead strategic client relationship management
- Direct continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage high-level escalations and resolutions
- Review departmental policies and procedures
- Conduct manager performance reviews
- Lead strategic planning sessions
- Coordinate cross-functional operations
- Direct implementation of new methodologies
- Lead key client review meetings
- Track work progress through timesheet completion
- Assist with new clients and transition projects
- Perform other related duties as assigned for role and business needs
