SimpleAssist VA Service provides high-level virtual support across multiple functions, including executive assistance, customer operations, sales development, and administrative services. We are expanding our team and are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can support executives while driving lead generation efforts.

Role Overview

The Executive Assistance & Lead Generation VA will work directly with business leaders and internal teams to manage schedules, organize workflows, support projects, and generate qualified leads through outbound tools. This role requires strong communication skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Assistance

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of executives
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documentation
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution
  • Assist with project coordination and follow-ups

Lead Generation & Sales Support

  • Use Instantly.ai, Apollo, and similar tools to build targeted lead lists
  • Execute outbound lead generation campaigns and email sequences
  • Monitor campaign performance and update lead data accordingly
  • Conduct research to identify high-quality prospects in relevant industries
  • Support sales teams by organizing CRM data and tracking pipeline activity

    • Administrative & Operational Support

  • Maintain organized digital files, documents, and databases
  • Assist with customer onboarding or communication as needed
  • Perform general admin tasks to support daily operations

    • Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Lead Generation Specialist
  • Hands‑on experience with lead gen platforms (Instantly.ai and Apollo highly preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
  • Reliable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps)
