Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Account Manager to oversee and nurture client relationships, manage critical projects, and drive customer success. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional service aligned with SpeakIn's mission.
Key aspects of this role include :
- Partnering closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure client retention and operational excellence.
- Adopting a client-first approach with a proactive, innovative mindset.
- Driving growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage a portfolio of key client accounts across global markets to ensure satisfaction and retention.Build strong client relationships and align offerings with their business goals.Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and present actionable insights.Represent SpeakIn as a brand ambassador in client interactions and industry events.Ideal Profile : Ideal Experience :
5+ years of experience in International Sales, Strategy Consulting, hyper-growth startups, Investment Banking, or similar roles with a proven leadership track record.Global sales or client management experience preferred.Strong business acumen, quantitative and analytical skills.Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and resourcefulness.Ability to manage stakeholders effectively across geographies.Benefits :
