We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Chief Financial Officer to oversee our company’s financial strategy, planning, and operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of strategic vision, operational acumen, and hands-on expertise in financial management to drive sustainable growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring high performance, accuracy, and compliance in all financial operations.
- Oversee the company’s financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Direct and manage corporate finance, taxation, and banking relationships.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reports, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize operational efficiency and resource allocation.
- Drive financial planning initiatives for projects, investments, and growth strategies.
- Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the business.
- Lead process improvements and change management initiatives to enhance the finance function.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a CFO, with a strong background in team management.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.CPA license is a plus.Strong expertise in cash management, financial accounting, and corporate finance.Specialization in taxation and banking is an advantage.Solid general business knowledge with the ability to connect finance to operations.Excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and project management capabilities.Exceptional problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.High reliability, strong work ethic, and detail-oriented mindset.Ability to work long hours under pressure while delivering accurate results.Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written).Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Office applications.Open-minded, adaptable to change, and proactive in driving initiatives forward.Willing to work onsite at Arca South, Taguig.
