⏰ Work Mode : Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days onsite)

What You'll Do :

🎯 Monitor and maintain Nagios infrastructure and alerting systems

📊 Configure monitoring checks for servers, applications, and network devices

🔧 Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution efforts

📈 Generate performance reports and capacity planning recommendations

🚨 Respond to critical alerts and escalate issues when necessary

⚙️ Optimize monitoring configurations for improved efficiency

What We're Looking For :

✅ 2+ years of hands-on experience with Nagios monitoring platform

✅ Strong knowledge of Linux / Unix systems administration

✅ Experience with network protocols and infrastructure monitoring

✅ Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, or Perl)

✅ Understanding of ITIL processes and incident management

✅ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

✅ Strong communication and documentation abilities
