Job description

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable in procurement software and Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig
  • Amenable to a 1-year contract

Key Responsibilities :

  • Research and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors.
  • Process purchase orders and maintain accurate purchasing records.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to determine purchasing needs.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
  • Assist in resolving issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing discrepancies.
  • Maintain and update supplier databases and purchase records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.
