Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating clinic operations to ensure efficient service delivery and compliance with company and government standards. The role involves supervising healthcare teams, monitoring site performance, handling reports, and maintaining communication between clients and internal departments.

Qualifications :

Must be a Nursing graduate or a graduate of any medical-related course

Board passer is an advantage, but those who have not yet taken or passed the board exam are also welcome to apply

Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills

Background in healthcare operations or compliance (DOH, DOLE, etc.) preferred

Experience in people management, reporting, or clinic systems

Proficient in MS Office applications
