The Department Head for Integrated Marketing is responsible for creating a positive visibility and brand presence of Enchanted Kingdom to enhance profitability, improve corporate image, establish stronger IP, grow customer base, and maximize sales and profit through effective, targeted marketing strategies with collaboration across the organization.

Responsibilities
Market Research
- Manages the conduct and analysis of research and studies on the latest trends in the theme parks / amusement industry, competitors and customers.
- Spearheads internal and external research resources to incorporate customer insights and data analytics into clearly defined marketing objectives and strategies.
Brand Management
Defines the product / quality positioning of Enchanted Kingdom through competitive benchmarking.Leads the development, implementation and evaluation of brand management plans and strategies to support the delivery of marketing, advertising, and press opportunities, strategic partnership opportunities, and communication programs designed to leverage and increase brand identity and enhance image.Manages the development, implementation and evaluation of standards and guidelines on product / creative designs and monitors compliance with standards.Marketing Services Management
Manages the development, implementation and evaluation of marketing programs and activities (i.e., advertising, promotions, public relations, etc.) to help build the EK brand, generate leads / prospects and drive sales.Handles the sourcing, screening, selection, monitoring and evaluation of advertising agencies and makes appropriate recommendations.Handles the sourcing, screening, selection, monitoring and evaluation of contracted marketing services agencies (i.e., graphic design, events management, print partners, media placement agencies, etc.).Measures results of marketing programs and activities in a quantifiable manner.Sponsorship Management
Leads the development, implementation and evaluation of various forms of partnership marketing to achieve sponsorship rights and marketing benefits.Manages the sourcing, screening, selection, monitoring and evaluation of sponsorships from external organizations.Sets sponsorship targets in coordination with Finance & Treasury Office and Comptrollership Division and ensures attainment and / or exceeding of targets.Additional Scope

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing5+ years' experience in digital marketing / brand marketing / retail marketingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent multitasking and project management skillsEducation
Graduate of any bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Management or Business AdministrationGraduate and postgraduate degrees preferredWork Experience
At least 7 years of work experience in marketing / sales, preferably in retail / leisure / travel / tourism / hotel / hospitality industry5 years of which in managerial capacityRequired Knowledge and Skills
