Be part of a global market research & data solutions team serving Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Business Development Manager to drive revenue, strengthen client relationships, and ensure a smooth handover from sales to operations.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Client Support
Prepare proposals, quotations, and feasibility studies for EMEA clients
Coordinate pricing, timelines, and inputs with internal teams
Maintain CRM hygiene (pipelines, activities, contacts, reporting)
Surface upsell / cross-sell opportunities and new partnerships
Manage client follow-ups and deliver excellent customer service
Collaboration & Strategy
Support BD Manager in client meetings, demos, and industry events
Collaborate with Project Management / Operations for clean handoffs
Provide regular updates on account status, progress, and risks
Join strategy sessions to improve sales process and service delivery
General
Uphold brand reputation and professional standards
Identify financial / operational risks and escalate with recommendations
Contribute to regional growth initiatives and team targets
What You’ll Bring :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2–3 years in Business Development / Account Management (B2B); market research background is a plus
Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong customer orientation; comfortable building cross-cultural relationships
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot / Salesforce)
Organized, data-driven, and resilient under deadlines
