Production and Material Control Planning Staff

Job Location : Lima Technology Center-SEZ

Job Description :

Working with Production Planning Asst. Manager to comprehend future requirements, maintain and executes loading schedule.

Prepares and monitors raw materials based on production plan in line with customer requirements

Prepares and submit the raw materials inventory to Finance Dept.

Management of production schedule based on customer demand

Delivery commitment to the team for customer requirement.

Monitor delivery backlog and analyze the cause.

Monitors tools and make request for Production use.

Update daily output record for reference of stocks.

Monitor non-conformance rate

Monitor machine maximum utilization.

Manage and monitor inventory of stocks

Monitor material withdrawals for production use.

Qualifications :

Graduate of either Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar field.

With strong analytical and good in problem solving

With strong communication skills both oral and written

Salary : Negotiable (Depends on Qualifications)
