Open to college undergraduates and college grads with at least 1 year BPO experience financial / healthcare / insurance work experience.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Handle inbound and / or outbound customer inquiries professionally
Provide accurate information and resolve client concerns efficiently
Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution
Ensure excellent customer service experience and meet performance metrics
