Job descriptionIdentify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client referrals. Present, promote, and sell services to prospective customers using solid knowledge of the company's offerings. Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Conduct demonstrations and presentations tailored to the customers needs and preferences. Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule by managing time effectively and prioritizing high-impact activities. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management for strategic planning. Monthly rice subsidy and rice allowance plus additional annual allowances HMO, Life Insurance, Retirement Plan, and Leave Credits of 15 days VL & 30 days SL Variable pay / commissions Up to 14th month
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or a related customer-facing role
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client referrals.
