1. Social Media Scans & Influencer Management
- Monitor and scan biker-related social media pages, groups, and communities for relevant content, trends, and opportunities.
- Manage relationships with biker vloggers, influencers, and content creators to generate authentic, community-driven advocacy.
- Develop influencer briefs, content calendars, and tracking performance of influencer activations
2. Onboarding Leads Support
Coordinate and oversee all digital lead generation efforts (paid ads, organic campaigns, referral drives) for biker onboarding.Provide operational support for on-ground onboarding events in collaboration with the Operations team.Track, analyze, and report on leads generated through digital and on-ground channels.3. Partnerships & Community Marketing
Handle partnerships for biker marketing, including :Brand partnerships for biker rewards and perks.Sponsorships for biker-related events and activities.Cross-promotional opportunities with relevant stakeholders.Work with external partners and internal teams to execute partnership deliverables.4. Project & Campaign Management
Assist in planning and execution of Biker Marketing campaigns and events.Manage timelines, deliverables, and documentation to ensure efficient project rollouts.Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization.Benefits
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.1–2 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing, influencer management, partnerships, or community marketing.Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram) and community engagement practices.Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.Experience in working with cross-functional teams (operations, sales,partnerships) is a plus.Passion for the motorcycle / biker community and grassroots marketing is highly preferredNice to Have
Previous experience working with or within tech platforms, transportation, or service apps.Strong interest in mobility, commuter solutions, and community building.Familiarity with CRM platforms and performance marketing tools.
