Executive Vice-President for Operations / Country Leader for the Philippines and India
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's / Post-grad in Management
- Experience : 15 to 20 Years of relevant experience, ideally as an EVP / CM / VP.
- Strong and hands-on experience in BPO Operations with experience in managing the whole operations of PH with at least 7000 FTEs
- Extensive experience in managing healthcare operations within a call center / BPO environment (non-clinical, non-RCM)
- Solid P&L acumen
- PH Locations : QC, Ortigas & BGC
- Open to local talent or Indian expats in PH; also considering India-based candidates willing to travel to the Philippines as needed.
- Must have experience with healthcare-related verticals
