What You'll Do :
You'll be the kind of person who :
- Enter and update product inventory into our accounting software for integration with the company website.
- Ensure part numbers in the catalogue exactly match corresponding filenames and product images.
- Upload and associate correct images with product listings based on standardized naming conventions.
- Perform regular checks for data accuracy, inconsistencies, or missing product information.
- Liaise with internal teams to verify product specifications and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with batch uploads and manage large data sets efficiently.
- Maintain organised digital files and image libraries for product assets.
- Support ad-hoc data cleanup or website update tasks as required.
- Contribute to digital marketing campaigns, including website updates, product promotions, and online advertising initiatives.
- Assist with social media marketing, creating and scheduling product-related content across platforms to increase visibility and engagement.
- Support digital design tasks, such as creating graphics, banners, and promotional materials for the website, emails, and social media.
- Aid in the implementation of search engine optimisation (SEO) strategies to improve website visibility, ranking, and product discoverability.
- Collaborate in the creation of video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and website product promotion.

Exceptional attention to detail – accuracy is crucial in this role.Previous experience with inventory management or accounting software, with Sage considered an advantageFamiliarity with website product catalogues and data entry processes.Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets.Ability to follow detailed naming and cataloguing conventions without error.Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage repetitive tasks efficiently.Web design experience (layout, styling, and usability) with a focus on product presentation.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in e-commerce, product listing, or digital asset management.Knowledge of image formats and file handling (JPG, PNG, etc.).Content management systems (WooCommerce)Understanding of product tagging and categorization to improve customer navigation and searchability.Knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp) and how product inventory ties into campaigns.Digital marketing strategies, SEO, social media platforms, video editing, and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro)Benefits

Requirements
3+ years of SEO experience.Experience of managing a small team.High level of technical SEO knowledge and experience.High level of SEO content and link building knowledge.Agency experience (preferred).Experience in managing multiple clients.Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS.Experience in using different CMS, including WordPress, Shopify and Magento.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Great analytical & research skills.Strong organisational and time management skills.
