About the Role
TGRC is seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager for an onshore wind project based in the Philippines. This one-year fixed-term contract offers a unique opportunity to oversee the construction and operational phases of an onshore wind farm, ensuring that all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of onshore wind farm construction and operations.
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential Qualifications :
Relevant health and safety certifications.
2-3 years of experience in onshore wind project management.
Desired Skills :
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
