Job Description
Business Support & Commercial Enablement
Partner with business leaders to drive strategic initiatives and commercial decisions.Provide financial insights and analysis to support pricing, cost optimization, and investment decisions.Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes aligned with business goals.Governance & Controls
Establish and maintain strong internal controls and compliance frameworks.Ensure adherence to corporate policies, local regulations, and audit requirements.Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.Leadership & Initiative
Be a self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of working independently and driving initiatives.Lead cross-functional projects and contribute to regional finance transformation efforts.Mentor and develop local finance teams to build capability and succession.The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Lead should have :
CA / CPA / MBA Finance or equivalent professional qualification.Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance and commercial roles, preferably in a regional or multinational setting.Strong understanding of financial governance, business partnering, and commercial acumen.Experience in the Philippines market with knowledge of local regulations and business practices is highly desirable.What's on Offer
