Job description

Location : Pasay City (Hybrid – 3x onsite per week)

Schedule : Dayshift

Job Responsibilities :

  • Deliver functional support for the SAP FICO module, ensuring efficient financial and controlling operations.
  • Perform configuration and customization based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with finance stakeholders to analyze needs and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Provide support for system incidents, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP FICO with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.).
  • Support testing, upgrades, and end-user training.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for all configurations, enhancements, and processes.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in SAP FICO (configuration, functional consulting, and support).
  • Strong knowledge in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).
  • Experience with integration of FICO with other SAP modules.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup (onsite + remote).
