Job descriptionResponsible for stock inventory closing in coordination with warehouse staff Assist directly in conducting physical inventories and monitoring cycle counts Update Standard Daily Transactions Monitor, reconcile, and file Delivery Receipts (DRs) Track all sent Sales Orders (SO) and Purchase Orders (PO) using a shared Excel file, coordinating with billing, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and purchasing departments
Monday to Friday - 8 : 30 AM TO 5 : 30 PM
- Preferably female
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related accounting course
- Open to fresh graduates with On-the-Job Training (OJT) experience in Cost Accounting
- Knowledgeable in basic cost accounting principles
