🌟 We’re Hiring : Automation Quality Assurance Analyst! 🌟

We’re on the lookout for a highly skilled and analytical Automation Quality Assurance Analyst  to join our growing QA team! If you have a strong background in automation testing, a passion for quality, and an eye for detail, we’d love to have you on board.

📍 Location : Muntinlupa, Philippines

⏰ Work Mode : Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2days remote)

💼 Role : Automation Quality Assurance Analyst

What You’ll Do :

🎯 Develop and execute automated and manual test cases using Playwright and other frameworks

🔍 Create and maintain a Master Test Plan to ensure complete test coverage

🐛 Conduct white box and grey box testing to identify and resolve defects

🧠 Apply QA methodologies, test design techniques, and SDLC principles (Waterfall & Agile)

⚙️ Utilize backend automation tools like Postman , SoapUI , and REST API

💾 Work with databases such as Oracle , MySQL , SQL Server , or MongoDB

🤝 Collaborate with developers, engineers, and business teams to ensure product quality

📊 Prepare detailed test documentation, reports, and QA metrics

What We’re Looking For :

✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering , Management Engineering , Computer Science , Computer Engineering , Information Technology , or a related field

✅ At least 2 years of experience in Manual QA / testing and 3 years in Automation QA / testing using Playwright

✅ Strong programming background in Java, JavaScript, C, or C# , plus shell scripting

✅ Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks ( BDD, KDT, DDT )

✅ Knowledge in backend automation and database technologies

✅ Experience creating Master Test Plans and applying structured QA methodologies

✅ Familiarity with QA testing tools , standards, and test design techniques

✅ Exposure to manufacturing, distribution, or financial operations is a plus

✅ Excellent analytical , communication , and time management skills

✅ Strong commitment to quality, adaptability, and readiness to travel when needed
