Job Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls and assist clients with transfer agency services such as shareholder transactions, account updates, and fund transfers.
- Provide high-quality customer service in alignment with financial compliance and operational standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments including financial advisors, portfolio managers, and estate planning teams to address client inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
- Support team leads and managers by identifying common client concerns and recommending solutions to enhance service efficiency and client satisfaction.
