Qualifications :

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or

related field.

 Proven experience in government bidding / procurement processes.

 Strong knowledge of RA 9184 (Government Procurement Reform Act) and related

regulations.

 Excellent organizational, documentation, and compliance skills.

 Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

 Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple bid opportunities

simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities :

 Identify and monitor bidding opportunities for government projects relevant to the

company’s services.

 Manage the end-to-end bidding process in compliance with RA 9184 and its

Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

 Prepare, review, and submit bidding documents, eligibility requirements, and

financial / technical proposals.

 Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and technical teams to gather accurate

project data for bids.

 Represent the company in pre-bid conferences, bid openings, clarifications, and post-

qualification proceedings.

 Establish and maintain relationships with government agencies, BAC (Bids and Awards

Committee), and other stakeholders.

 Ensure all procurement and bidding activities are properly documented for audit and

compliance.

 Track and report the status of bids, awards, and contract negotiations.

 Support contract signing and turnover to project implementation teams once awarded.

Salary :

55,000.00-70,000.00 / Month - Mid Level

Working Schedule : M-F (9am-6pm)
