The Senior Recruitment Specialist plays a strategic role in driving the end-to-end recruitment process for mid to senior-level roles, ensuring exceptional candidate experience and alignment with organizational goals. This role requires strong client-facing experience, deep recruitment expertise, and the ability to guide and mentor junior recruiters. The Senior Recruitment Specialist will partner with clients and internal teams to deliver high-impact hiring solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner directly with clients to assess hiring needs, define role requirements, and create effective recruitment strategies tailored to their organization and culture.
- Proactively source top-tier candidates through advanced Boolean searches, talent mapping, headhunting, industry networking, and referrals.
- Lead candidate screening and in-depth interviews, ensuring cultural and competency alignment with client expectations.
- Manage complex requisitions and high-volume hiring projects with minimal supervision.
- Provide guidance and coaching to junior recruiters and recruitment specialists.
- Deliver consistent updates and insights to clients regarding market trends, candidate pipelines, and recruitment progress.
- Oversee the coordination of interview logistics, reference checks, and background verifications.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment best practices, tools, and strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with top talent for future opportunities.
- Ensure all recruitment processes align with company values, diversity goals, and compliance standards.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 3-5 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably within headhunting, executive search, or outsourcing industries.Demonstrated success in filling senior and specialized roles across diverse industries.Strong client management skills with a consultative approach to recruitment.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.Strong analytical skills and ability to present recruitment metrics and insights.Professional integrity, discretion, and a commitment to delivering outstanding candidate experiences.
