SecondGen Ventures Corp. is a startup consumer electronics company based in Cebu, Philippines. Operating under the brand Hexatron, the company is dedicated to delivering Filipino families with best value entertainment electronics paired with fast and reliable after-sales service. SecondGen Ventures Corp. aspires to make Hexatron be one of the preferred brands in the Philippines.
Main Duties & Responsibilities :
- Business Development - Prospect, negotiate and onboard new dealers in Mindanao particularly Davao area.
- Sales Coordination - Build a sustainable partnership with dealers and ensure achieving sales targets.
- Sales Team Supervision - Lead the cebu-based sales team ensuring operational compliance, reporting and deliverables to support the General Manager.
- Sales Operation and Cross-functional Coordination - Coordinate with other departments to ensure aligned and consistent operations.
Qualifications :
Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade marketing, sales-distribution, preferably in appliances or similar distribution operations.Minimum of 2 years experience in leading or supervising a sales team.Demonstrated ability to prospect and open dealer accounts.Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.Experience in electronics field is a must.
