Job descriptionGather knowledge skills gap and conduct learning development activities. Develop and execute retention strategies and employee engagement programs. Design and lead performance and labor management programs. Manage employee conflict resolution activities. Support HR functions e.g. admin, recruitment, and operations Has at least 3 years of HR experience. Working knowledge in People Development. Proven experience in counselling, behavioural assessment, and public engagement. Willing to work in San Juan City.
