We're Hiring : Platform Support Analyst (SmartHub, HubSpot & Jira)!

Job Purpose : You will be a key member of our Operations Team, providing dedicated support to internal departments and customers. Your role ensures that both our customers and the commercial team receive the necessary assistance to stay efficient, productive, and successful. Our corporate and working language is English.

Responsibilities

• Providing application support to customers’ product-related enquiries
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with developers and product managers
• Serving as an expert on internal processes and system functions
• Managing the above through our internal platform (SmartHub), HubSpot, and Jira
