Payroll Team Leader

Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of the monthly end to end payroll function

Administering and calculating employee benefits, leave entitlements, commissions, or incentives including statutory awards, group benefits, termination payments

Process payroll, including verifying timesheets, calculating employee benefits, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.

Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries

Assist with the integration, centralization and standardization of the payroll process across the Group

Accountable for ensuring HRIS complies with all local regulatory and legal requirements related to the payroll transactions.

Ensures the operating manual procedures are reviewed and updated yearly and when necessary.

Assist on other ad-hoc projects and tasks related to Payroll and HR as required
