QUALIFICATIONS

BSc Marketing, Business, Engineering or other related degree program

Eight or more years of proven Sales Management experience with regard to hard goods such as installed livestock equipment

Excellent business acumen with strong leadership / mentoring skills

Ability to build, retain and motivate a high-performing sales team

Previous Sales Engineering or Sales Production experience with poultry equipment very beneficial

Ag background a MUST

Strong interpersonal skills as well as strong sales and networking skills

Self-directed with ability to work well within a matrix reporting work culture

Excellent oral and written English communication skills

Ability to travel Southeast Asia

JOB DESCRIPTION

Company is seeking a proven Sales Manager with ability to lead a high-performing sales team in selling livestock equipment in Southeast Asia. Ideal individual will have a Bsc. degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering and previous Sales Engineering or Sales Production experience with Poultry and / or livestock equipment.
