Key Responsibilities :
- Highlight and communicate key brand messages to the trade community and consumers through the development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement successful trade events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns, ensuring brand consistency.
- Conduct market analyses to identify challenges and opportunities for growth, and provide reports to the marketing and sales teams.
- Build productive relationships with partners and stakeholders to enhance brand presence.
- Manage the production of promotional materials such as catalogs, websites, brochures, and sales aids to be used at events and exhibitions.
- Coordinate with agencies and vendors to ensure all elements for events are procured, delivered and set up in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the sales team to track sales data, identify potential new customers, and support all activities that lead towards sales growth.
Qualifications :
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing, promotions, or event coordinating, preferably within a retail industry.Demonstrable skills in project and event management.Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented approach.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Experience with traditional and digital marketing, including content marketing and social media marketing.Benefits :
