Job Position : Research and Development Officer
Job Description :
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify trends, technologies, and
customer needs in the appliances sector.
Design and develop new appliance products, ensuring functionality, efficiency,durability, and safety.
Improve and innovate existing appliance models for better performance, energyefficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Create and test prototypes, documenting results and recommending improvements.Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams in developingtechnical specifications and production processes.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, energy regulations, and industrycertifications for appliances.
Monitor competitor products and emerging technologies to maintain industrycompetitiveness.
Prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation for new designs and productlaunches.
Provide technical support to production and after-sales teams on product-relatedissues.
Participate in continuous improvement projects for manufacturing efficiency andproduct reliability.
Job Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, ElectronicsEngineering, Industrial Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2–3 years of experience in R&D, product design, or appliance development.Strong background in mechanical / electrical systems, appliance design, andmanufacturing processes.
Knowledge of appliance safety standards, energy efficiency guidelines, and certificationrequirements (e.g., DOE, IEC, ISO).
Skilled in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) and simulation tools fordesign and testing.
Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.With background as an Executive Assistant – bringing skills in project coordination,documentation, scheduling, and inter-departmental communication.
Ability to conduct product testing, analyze performance data, and recommend designimprovements.
Strong communication and teamwork skills for coordination with cross-functionaldepartments.
Project management skills and ability to handle multiple development projects.Creativity and innovation mindset in developing practical, user-friendly, and marketableappliance designs.
Salary : 25,000php monthly rate
Job Position : Technical Sales Engineer
Job Description :
Find and create new product and solution business opportunities.Present and advertise products and services by visiting customers, consultants, andcontractors.
Recognize the demands of your clients and offer technical solutions that meet thoseneeds.
Create and present technical proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients.Help with system design, selection, and estimation in accordance with projectspecifications and client specifications.
Close deals and negotiate contracts to meet or surpass goals.As required, coordinate with the service team and offer post-purchase technical support.Keep abreast on rivals, industry trends, products, and technology.Create project updates, sales reports, and forecasts for management's consideration.Create and preserve a solid rapport with consultants, contractors, and clients, bothcurrent and potential.
Participate in industry events, trade exhibits, and training to build networks and improveproduct expertise.
Carry out additional tasks as directed by the sales manager.Job Qualifications :
