US Sales Tax Accountants Innovative US eCommerce Accounting Firm Are you a skilled and detail-oriented accountant looking to take your career to new heights?

We are seeking talented and motivated Accountants to join our eCommerce accounting team supporting our successful US based client.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Troubleshoot reconciliation differences between sales channels, accounting software, and State Government websites.
  • Utilise your accounting knowledge and experience to complete client’s financial review.
  • Handle registrations for sales tax, file sales tax returns, and record sales tax liability for clients.
  • Use complex Excel functions to manage and analyse data, troubleshooting problems and processes as they arise.
  • Explore and learn new forms of accounting with a view to building strong expertise as an eCommerce accountant.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting
  • Confident spoken and written English
  • A minimum of 2+ years of accounting experience
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel
  • Good time management skills
  • Experience with small business accounting and QuickBooks preferred
  • Experience with eCommerce accounting an advantage What We’re Offering :

  • Note : This is an onsite role based in Ortigas, NCR (candidates must reside within reasonable proximity)
  • Schedule is US business hours, currently 10pm to 7am local time, Monday to Friday.
