The Brand Standards Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining the integrity and consistency of our brand across a network of franchise locations. This entry-level position supports the execution of remote Brand Standard Reviews, partnering with franchise owners to ensure alignment with operational, marketing, and quality benchmarks. Reviews are conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams, offering a scalable and cost-effective way to uphold excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Standard Review Coordination
- Schedule and manage virtual review sessions with franchise owners
- Provide 72-hour advance notice for document submissions
- Conduct reviews within two business days of receiving required materials
Office Tour & Branding Assessment
Facilitate live video walkthroughs of office spacesVerify signage and logo usage for brand consistencyAssess layout and visual presentation against brand guidelinesMarketing & Online Presence
Review submitted marketing materials for brand alignmentEvaluate website content for proper credentialing and service representationAssess client-facing documents used during consultationsConfirm marketing spend over the past six monthsOperational Standards Review
Conduct 24 / 7 Live Answer verification via test callsAnalyze CallCap reports for call answer rates and professionalismValidate annual background checks for selected team membersReview documentation of in-person quality assurance visitsConfirm employee training records (minimum 12 hours annually)Request and review quarterly satisfaction surveysDeliverables
Complete up to 15 Brand Standard Reviews per weekSubmit summary reports within 48 hours of each reviewProvide follow-up support and guidance to franchise ownerWork Schedule Monday to Friday, 8a.m – 6p.m. EST
Requirements
Familiarity with brand standards or franchise operations is a plusSome experience in home care is a plus1–2 years of previous experience in customer service or client-facing rolesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Forms, PowerPoint)Experience working with an LMS is helpfulEnglish proficiency is requiredMust be available to work on-siteSoft Skills
