Qualifications :
At least 2 years in college, no back subjects / dropped subjects
2+ years’ experience in Sales Compensation Administration with hands-on experience in tools (Anaplan, Callidus / SAP, OIC, Xactly, Salesforce)
Proficient in SQL scripting for data extraction
Experience with CRM tools and case management
Background in Payroll Helpdesk, Comp & Benefits, Finance & Accounting, or HR Shared Services (Captive unit experience preferred)
Open to 24 / 7 shifts and on-call rotation
Salary Package : ₱40K – ₱60K (All-in)
