Job descriptionOversee end-to-end export shipments, from booking at origin to final cargo delivery Promote a continuous improvement culture to achieve operational excellence Lead, mentor, and develop team members through training and performance management Serve as the escalation point for complaints and exceptions, ensuring timely resolution and implementation of corrective actions Ensure high-level customer service and compliance with company policies and procedures Build and maintain strong relationships within the company network and with external suppliers and partners
Job Requirements :
- Strong background in Airfreight Export Operations
- 3–5 years of experience leading export operations, preferably within logistics or freight forwarding
- Excellent leadership, people management, and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Skilled in problem-solving, analysis, strategic thinking, and conflict resolution
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
