Job Description :

The Licensed Medical Technologist will be responsible for performing laboratory tests and analyses using various medical equipment such as hematology, chemistry, and immunology analyzers. The role ensures accuracy and reliability of test results to support patient diagnosis and treatment.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, analytical professional with solid technical knowledge of laboratory instruments and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in medical testing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate and maintain laboratory analyzers including Hematology, Chemistry, and Immunology units.
• Conduct accurate laboratory tests and ensure reliable results.
• Calibrate, troubleshoot, and perform routine maintenance on laboratory equipment.
• Follow standard operating procedures and quality control protocols.
• Record, interpret, and verify laboratory findings for accuracy.
• Collaborate with medical and technical staff to ensure timely test processing.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant laboratory environment.
