Leasing Officer

Key Responsibility :

Responsible for managing and optimizing leasing operations by attracting and retaining tenants, negotiating lease agreements as well as establishing and driving marketing efforts for leasable spaces across mall branches. This position combines strategic leasing promotions with creative advertising campaigns to attract new tenants and elevate the company’s brand presence in the real estate / leasing industry.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
• Proven experience in leasing and marketing functions
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to think strategically, organized and customer-focused
• Willing to be assigned in Paco, Manila
