High school diploma or equivalent is required.A bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field is preferred.3-5 years of retail experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.Experience in inventory management, sales, and customer service is highly valued.Skills and Competencies
Leadership Skills :Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.Customer Service :Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to handle customer concerns.
Ability to maintain a customer-focused culture in the store.Sales and Marketing :Knowledge of retail sales techniques and marketing strategies.
