Store Operations

  • Oversee daily store activities, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Ensure the store complies with company policies and procedures.

Sales and Profitability

  • Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and maximize profitability.
  • Monitor sales performance and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Service

  • Ensure customers have a positive shopping experience by addressing complaints and resolving issues.
  • Train staff on providing excellent customer service.
  • Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of retail experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Experience in inventory management, sales, and customer service is highly valued.
  • Skills and Competencies

  • Leadership Skills :
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.

  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer Service :
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to handle customer concerns.

  • Ability to maintain a customer-focused culture in the store.
  • Sales and Marketing :
  • Knowledge of retail sales techniques and marketing strategies.

  • Excellent communication skills; English language proficiency; merchandising; sales training; and teamwork.
