We’re on the hunt for a seasoned Technology Leader to drive the technical strategy and execution for our Partner Marketing Solutions & Personalization group. This team powers the future of co-marketing—helping marketers plan, execute, and analyze campaigns that deliver scalable content, meaningful engagement, and long-term value for Maya and its partners.

Your Impact :

  • Lead a high-performing software engineering team building both front-end and back-end solutions for member-facing products.
  • Define and drive technical vision, ensuring delivery of reliable, innovative, and data-informed tools.
  • Hire, mentor, and retain top engineering talent. Foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Own sprint planning and execution. Align sprint goals with quarterly objectives and oversee resource allocation.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering peers to deliver end-to-end features.
  • Guide design decisions and enforce engineering best practices.
  • Contribute to code and lead code reviews when needed.
  • Deliver large-scale projects on time and with high quality. Set and drive OKRs.
  • Ensure data infrastructure supports robust analysis and reporting.

What You Bring :

  • BS / MS in Computer Science or related field—or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5–7 years of experience managing software engineering teams.
  • Proven track record in large systems design and development, including web, mobile apps, backend APIs, and relational databases.
  • Hands-on coding experience in one or more : React, Swift, Java, Kotlin, Python.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
