This is a remote position.

AU Sales and Procurement Administrator (Remote)

Background

  • This role is for an established IT company that’s growing their remote team. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external clients, handling everything from quotes to meetings. It’s fast-paced, detail-driven work—and we’ll set you up for success.

About the Role

  • You’ll be the behind-the-scenes superstar who keeps procurement, billing, and quoting running smoothly. It’s an entry-level role, but you’ll be using real tools, handling real data, and contributing to real business outcomes.
  • Your Key Responsibilities

  • Track order statuses and follow up with suppliers and teams.
  • Create purchase orders and manage procurement records.
  • Review non-service invoices and respond to client queries.
  • Prepare quotes for new equipment and license renewals.
  • Book sales / account meetings, prep materials, and take notes.
  • Keep internal documentation sharp and updated.
  • Requirements

  • You’ve got great attention to detail, clear communication skills, and a knack for juggling multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.
